Physiology of Training
Our last podcast was titled "What Doesn't Kill You Makes You Stronger". For anyone interested in the science of training, this is a presentation I used to give the participants at the Dick Beardsley Marathon Training camps. It's a lot to take in.
The final slide is the published benefits of regular exercise=150 minutes per week/21 minutes per day.
It is truly amazing how good exercise is for you physically, mentally, spiritually!
